Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Avorlyne uses cookies and similar technologies on avorlyne.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage and scripts that help a website function, remember preferences, measure performance or support marketing.

2. How we use cookies

Avorlyne uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Operate the online store, cart and checkout
  • Keep your session working and help prevent fraud
  • Process payments securely
  • Remember cookie and privacy preferences
  • Measure how visitors use the website (analytics)
  • Measure advertising performance and conversions (marketing / ads)
  • Support email marketing and customer communications
  • Provide order tracking features after you place an order

3. Cookie categories

  • Strictly necessary: required for core store functions such as browsing, cart, checkout, security, fraud prevention and storing your cookie choices. These do not require consent.
  • Functional: remember choices that improve how the site works for you. Optional unless needed for a feature you request.
  • Performance / analytics: help us understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
  • Targeting / marketing: support advertising measurement, remarketing, attribution and marketing communications tooling.

4. Technologies we use

Based on the current storefront configuration, the following providers are active:

Provider Purpose Category
Shopify Store hosting, cart, checkout, session, security, fraud prevention and Shopify platform analytics. Strictly necessary (core commerce). Optional Shopify analytics or marketing features follow your cookie preferences where applicable.
Shopify Payments Payment processing and related fraud prevention at checkout. Strictly necessary
Pandectes GDPR Cookie Consent Cookie banner, preference management and consent storage. Supports Google Consent Mode v2 signals. Strictly necessary
Google Tag Manager (GTM-W7FVJMTJ) Loads and manages measurement and marketing tags on the storefront. Marketing / Analytics (depending on tags configured in the container)
Google Analytics (G-HJS040VV13) Website analytics and measurement of storefront events such as page views, product views and checkout steps. Analytics
Google Ads / Google tags (GT-P3MGWRC3, MC-WFHSKBSPTP) Advertising and conversion measurement connected to Google tags on the storefront. Marketing / Analytics
Omnisend Email marketing, forms and related marketing tracking on the storefront. Marketing
Wetracked.io Advertising attribution and conversion measurement via the Wetracked storefront web pixel. Marketing / Analytics
Track123 Order tracking pages and shipment status lookups after you place an order. Strictly necessary for order-tracking features you request

5. Cookie banner and Google Consent Mode v2

Avorlyne uses the Pandectes GDPR Cookie Consent banner to collect and manage cookie choices where the banner is shown.

Through the banner you can:

  • Accept optional cookies
  • Decline optional cookies
  • Manage preferences to control cookie categories separately

We do not treat continued browsing alone as consent.

Pandectes is configured to work with Google Consent Mode v2. Where Consent Mode is active, consent choices can update Google consent signals such as:

  • analytics_storage
  • ad_storage
  • ad_user_data
  • ad_personalization

These signals help Google tags adapt measurement and advertising behaviour based on your choices. Some Shopify Customer Events / Google channel measurement may still load in ways that are not fully blocked until consent in every case. Pandectes preferences still let you change or withdraw cookie choices afterwards. We do not claim that every analytics or advertising technology is blocked until consent in all cases.

6. Managing and withdrawing consent

After you choose, you can change or withdraw consent at any time using:

  • The permanent Cookie preferences link in the website footer (reopens the Pandectes banner)
  • The Pandectes cookie widget on the storefront, where shown
  • Your browser cookie settings

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop cart, checkout or login features from working.
